Abstract

This practice report gives a perspective on what it is like for a social worker in the UK to receive feedback and coaching on their work with families.

It also considers what it is like for the author to then be in the position to give feedback and ocaching. It further considers what skills could be considered required for supervisors to give feedback and coaching.
